All transactions on the mtown88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, bank transfers and e-wallets available in Malaysia.
Deposits made to a mtown88 account are for use within the platform only. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately their own. Using third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and a reversal of funds.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures. mtown88 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or transactions exceeding certain limits. Account Suspension & Closure
Mtown88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, extended inactivity, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension or closure due to a breach of Terms, the account balance may be confiscated upon completion of the investigation.

The mtown88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mtown88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
